Epice is a bistro serving authentic Lebanese food. The atmosphere is very sleek and modern. I suggest trying the Muhamara (red pepper soup); it's like tomato soup with a little bit of spice! I would recommend making a reservation here.

If the weather is nice, you can also head up to their rooftop to enjoy a fabulous view of the Cumberland River.

The Ryman is the birthplace and mother church of American Country Music. I recommend the guided backstage tour of this venerable venue, which are offered most days from 9am to 4pm. They also offer the chase to record your own CD! You can choose from a selection of classic songs or bring your own composition and let their sound engineer record your rendition. You'll go home with a Ryman Records CD labeled with your name and song, a very unique souvenir to remember your trip by.
