The iconic building was in my family for generations. What was once the old JC Penny building is now home to Prescott Brewery and many little boutique style stores. The courthouse plaza is across the street and has family affairs nearly every weekend in good weather.

If you love antiques as much as I do, you must hit downtown and Cortez Street! Pennington’s is my favorite but i wouldn’t miss a one of them!

We love a day at the theater with the family! It is great to have the history of old town so close by, the nature right outside the door, and a theater just a couple of miles away!
