El Campello, one of my favourite restaurants for lunch. Very nice food at a low cost. Popular by the locals.
Note. There is a huge amount of restaurants at the beach front. All recommended. El Campello is a spanish village so tourist traps don't survive her.

Tram Station San Juan Beach. This is the Tram stop we use when spending the day at this beach. Great beach with clear water, nice sand etc.
San Juan Beach is several km long, the Tram travels along it so you will definitely find your favourite spot.

Well, this is a Safari park with a lot of animals. You drive with your car and are allowed to stop wherever you want, leave the car and say hello to the animals and cuddle with them if you dare. Fantastic for the children. Lions and Tigers for sure you don't touch but you get close to them as well. Visit elephants and giraffs +++
If you go there. Call in advance and ask when they are feeding the animals. You can go along getting even closer to the animals. I believe feeding time is 10 am and 3 pm every day.
Several ways to drive. Take N332 to Villajoyaosa and the follow signs to Sella. Marks will show you the way.

Nice carts and great fun for everybody who likes to have fun with a engine in your back. Children from 11-13 years old (depends on your hight) are allowed on the big track. Younger on a separate small track.

Esplanada Alicante. A must when visiting Alicante. Have a nice walk in the evening and look at local merchandises, sit down and enjoy a drink.
