The most popular beach in Bariloche. Easy access (8km from the centre of town) and stunning views. It gets busy in summer, but there's plenty of room for everyone. You can rent kayaks on the beach.

A 2 hour drive from Bariloche gets you to the base of Cerro Tronador, 3500m. Glaciers, waterfalls, stunning scenery all round. Ask before going by car as it is a 50km dirt road. Better to book a trip.
