Look at their website for amazing hikes. Specifically Ash Point Preserve on Ash Point Road in Owls Head. Beautiful Hiking trail. Not long...kids can do it. Rugged shoreline. Another great preserve maybe not listed there but just down the street is the Plaistead Preserve on North Shore Drive across from the Fire Station. Beautiful hike to rugged beach.
