Don't forget Holly's cookies and tarts and Ty's special sauce. They are as good as they come. Good to Go also has a Lynden location and can be found at the Bellingham Farmer's Market on Saturdays.

Not really a restaurant, more like an icon for your old-time corner store with a little bit of everything. The cheeses, smoked meats, and sandwiches will leave you wanting more. Lots of inner-tubers come through the valley in summer and make a stop here.

Best beer (well, Wander does a great job too) with a super-chill location on James Street - one of the nicest streets in Bellingham. There's always a food truck nearby. You can also find Kulshan at its other location on Kentucky.
