Really great street tacos and if you like tequila, this is the place for you. Ryan is the bar manager and he has a great story and does "consultations" to create a custom drink for you~ If there are 2 or less in your party I highly recommend sitting at the bar. Be sure to check out their racks of hot sauces at the back of the restaurant. My favorite tacos are; chorizo and egg, ahi tuna, squashacado, chicken tinga and al pastor. Try them on flour or corn tortilla or in a lettuce wrap.....they also have awesome queso and chips. Tuesdays are "Taco Tuesday" and they serve $1 tacos.

The same owners as Jefe's but a totally different scene with great food. In the summer, rooftop is great and they have live music on Tuesday nights. They are huge musician supporters with a stage in their bar where local musicians regularly perform. Great selection of local beer.

They have the best patio seating in Longmont. Check them out in the summer for a cocktail on the patio and stay for dinner. If there is a chill in the air they will turn on heat lamps and offer you a blanket. Great place if you want to have a conversation, not too loud. In the winter, seating inside does not disappoint either. And as the name implies, they have and impressive list of martinis.

Awesome, authentic breakfast burritos! The best! Great to eat in or place and order to go and pick up before heading out for a day of activities.....great hiking fuel! Closed on Sundays, though.

Definitely a walkable dinner place with really good food. Hip scene and one of the newest restaurants in Longmont. Great date night spot and they also have an outdoor fire pit. Great place to hang out or have a quality dinner experience.

This is a nice little local spot with really interesting food and drink offerings. Inside is really small....maybe 5 tables, but if the weather is nice, sit outside! It is a pretty walk through the west historic neighborhood from our little Airbnb.

Great place to see how those teas are made and packaged! The tour is interesting and not too long. Be sure to check out the peppermint room! There is a gift store at the end where you can purchase tea and accessories.

Ok, this is my favorite local hike. Great views and in the 70's the property had a recording studio where Rolling Stones, Elton John, and Crosby Still Nash and Young, Michael Jackson, Billy Joel and John Lennon, to name a few, recorded albums. It burnt down but has been rebuilt and now is housing for artist in residence. Lots of history and a really beautiful location. Kind of a newer open space so not as discovered as other spots....
