Elliot Stables idea is so cool. A variety of restaurants and types of food. From Indian, to Mexican, to Japanese, to Italian and many more. Very cool to just order and sit wherever, this makes the atmosphere very interesting as you're surrounded by different foods and always seems to be very busy. A must go to in Auckland city central.

The Grove is a great place to go and experience what service should be in a restaurant. Polished and professional without being stuffy or obtrusive.

Viaduct Harbour is a lively place , varied with lots of restaurants and bars. Safe to walk around solo at nighttime. Great outing for families with children in daytime - boat trips, maritime museum and play areas at the Wynyard Quarter. Revamped fish market to open in September 17. A great day out if the weather is kind.
