There is a state monopoly on the sale of alcohol stronger than 3.5% in Sweden. Light and alcohol-free beer can be purchased in all supermarkets, garages and convenience stores but for anything stronger you must head to the Systembolaget. This one is closest to the train station in the "Kvarnen" shopping mall, next to a good supermarket for meet, fish and cheese. Usual hours for the systembolaget are 10am until 7pm mon-fri, 10am-3pm sat, and closed on Sunday.
