Worth a visit to the cheese caves built into the mountainside. Dating from the middle ages, these caves are ventilated by 'fleurines', small tunnels that are up to a kilometre long within the mountain.
Reservation and warm clothing advised. There are several cheese makers, including Roquefort Societe and Papillon.
