A walk to Capt'n Frosty's is something families do every summer. The ice cream is amazing. The prices are a little high but it's worth it and it's just a lot of fun.

Yum! Love this place. It is probably one of the best and most affordable sushi restuarants you will ever eat at. With every meal comes a salad and miso soup. If you like sushi, you'll have to try this place.

This Mexican restaurant is one of my favorites. It hasn't been open that long, but I like it. Fair prices and good food. My favorite is the Talapia salad. My daughter's favorite is the burrito with white cheese sauce. Great chips and salsa.

LaVita Bistro is located in downtown Pinckney just a short distant from house. This is more upscale, fine dining. Very good chef and perfect for date night and drinks.

The house is located on Rush Lake, and Rush Lake has a Golf Course. There are a lot of courses and clubs in the area if you like golf, but since this is the closest to the house, I'll make special mention of it here.

Parks & Nature
So close to the house. Bishop Lake is a State of Michigan recreation park. It's just 7 minutes from the house. It has a beach where each summer they bring in the super cool beach floating bounce house and trails and fishing and disk golf and archery, and just so much. I love this park.
