We were so impressed with the food. Morena and his wife are such excellent host. Morena such a great chef. Nothing was too difficult for them. The pastas were so delicious and the meats were exquisite in taste. The breads were to die for. Morena did a free transfer (pick up and drop off) from Varenna to his restaurant. This is the place to taste great food with excellent service at a very affordable price. You will get nothing like this in Varenna.

Bar ll Molo is a great cafe with the perfect location. Most of the seating is outside with an amazing view of Lake Como.

Nearby are the Tower of the Arts, a venue for exhibitions and performances, and the Romanesque San Giacomo Church. Close to rocky Loppia Beach, the Museum of Navigational Instruments displays sundials and compasses.

Parks & Nature
A spectacular activity fantastic walk. Very good path, very good signage, you cannot get lost. Some steep parts, but beautiful views and little towns along the way. We had to take a couple ferries to get back, nothing direct, but fun.
