Cross the Therisso gorge, driving your car. The road is inside the gorge. Fantastic nature! At the end of the gorge, the village (Therisso). Stop there for lunch or a beer and taste the original Cretan cousine!!! Ask for special cheese pies, "kalitsounia"; lump in the oven, sausages, etc. Follow signs for Chania town, and then for Perivolia. No more than 30 min. from Platanias.
