*side note I used to work on 90 Broad Street starting 1989. It was a unique place that was originally an orphanage. I had a whole room with lots of windows and my own bathroom too! I love our City 🌸

Very nice tour of the HL Hunley Confederate submarine finally found in the Cooper River in 1999. They laid the 8 crewmembers to rest in 2004 here in Charleston with a spectacular 4.5 mile funeral event.

Entertainment
Concerts, live local bands and volleyball on the Isle of Palms beach. This is where Hootie and the Blowfish started from! Darius Rucker, their lead singer is a local and is still doing performances and collecting school supplies for our community.

Henry's is three floors of unique entertainment on every floor. The rooftop has seating that overlooks the city and it's located right across from the City Market. They serve great food at a responsible prices too!

This park is located on our old Naval Base and is waterfront history, peaceful, a fountain, and modern scrap metal art that is amazing. Enjoy a stroll, a picnic, fishing off the piers and/or grabbing a meal on one of our East Montague Avenue Park Circle area restaurants. They also have live events on the waterfront stage like the Riverfront Revival featuring Darius Rucker and a 2 day lineup of Country Music Artists and the best local food trucks starting October 8 12pm-October 9 untill closing!

This is a drive towards Myrtle beach but was recently featured on our local food network. The kitchen is full of ladies who do all of the Southern Church Cooking! There are pictures on not sure why Airbnb doesn't display.
