This restaurant has been around forever and it’s a dive but famous for their shrimp busters and vintage atmosphere ! Been featured in lots of magazines! Be careful- it’s not in a very safe part of town ! About a 20 minute drive away from our Airbnb-

Very Good Chinese Food! Can’t beat it! We LOOOOVE their sesame chicken, pineapple shrimp, and garlic chicken ! Can’t go wrong with any of their dishes! You can call ahead and pick up at their window or eat in! Little high for Chinese but worth it! About one mile away !

We feel this is the best chef in Shreveport! Everything we have had here has been incredible! They have a chefs table ( book way in advance) that features an eight course meal. The chef explains how everything is prepared , etc. Chefs table is about $200 each. In their regular dining room, entree runs about $39. Reservations required! Highly recommend if you are a foodie! About 20 minute drive from Airbnb !

Chicken piccata , creamy lemon shrimp, chicken salad , banana pudding and to-die-for oatmeal and cowboy cookies ( these are different than just normal cookies) . Live grand piano music on certain nights ! About a mile and half from airbnb
