Take a ferry from Central (pier 4) to Lamma. Cool island close to Hong Kong Island but way more relaxed. There are no cars on the island, nice beaches, and great seafood!

Stanley Market is nice relaxing area. The Promenade is packed with great restaurants and the Stanley main beach is one of the best in Hong Kong. You can take the 6 or 6x bus from Central.

The Ferry goes back and forth from Central to TST and is a great way to see Hong Kong City from the water. Ferries leave about every 15 minutes and only cost around $3 HK (about 40 cents US)

Probably the best place to watch the Lazer light show (8pm every night). The light show is choreographed to music and is pretty neat to watch. The famous statue of Bruce Lee is here.

What can I say it's Disneyland.
The Gardens have monkeys, turtles, ring-tailed lemurs, and all kinds of birds. There's a nice park and it's a short walk away from the Peak Tram!

The Wellcome supermarket is at the corner of Aberdeen and Caine Rd. it's a steep walk up Aberdeen and I might suggest taking the escalator up to Caine and then walking over to it.
