Take a drive up to Timberline lodge at Mt Hood. About 50 miles each way. Iconic beautiful lodge with scenic views. Hiking trails around the lodge. Skiing year round, training spot for the US ski team. The little town of Govt camp located just west of the access road to Timberline is a cute little town to check out. Mt Hood Brewing in town has outdoor seating, great spot!
