Directions From 90/94 heading East bound: Exit 61 at New Lisbon. Turn left at the top of the exit onto Highway 80. Drive 3.4 miles and turn right on 37th Street. Stay on 37th Street for 2.4 miles. After you cross over Highway 58, take the second left on to Beach Cottage Drive. Property is on the left (lot 31). From 90/94 heading West bound: Exit 69 at Mauston. Turn left on to Gateway Avenue. Go 0.7 Miles and turn right on to Highway 58 North. Drive 8.5 miles and then turn right on to 37th Street. Take the second left on to Beach Cottage Drive. Property is on the left (lot 31).

Please put all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and start the dishwasher before leaving. If there are excessive dishes, please hand wash them and you can leave them drying on the drying pad that is located underneath the sink.

There is a pack n play with sheets in the closet at the top of the stairs.

Instructions for the thermostat will be sent in an image as a message. We will take care of altering the temperature after your stay, so you will not need to worry about changing the thermostat. Please let us know if it is too cold or too hot and we can help adjust the thermostat.

Garbage and recycling bins are located in the garage. Garbage is collected on Mondays. If your stay includes a Sunday evening, please bring the bins to the end of the driveway on Sunday evening or before you leave the premises to be collected. If you arrive on a Monday or Tuesday, please bring the bins back up inside the garage if they are empty.

We have provided kayaks (2 adults and 3 kids) and 2 paddle boards for your use located in the garage. There are 4 adult size life jackets and 3 child size life jackets also available for your use. Please clean equipment and life jackets off and put them back in the garage when you are done using them. There is a fire extinguisher underneath the sink. There are games downstairs in the reading room near the laundry. There is an emergency supply kit (feminine products, shaver, tooth brush/toothpaste/ ect.) in the linen closet between the two upstairs bedrooms.

Please strip the beds and leave sheets on the bedroom floor on the morning that you are checking out. There is a washer and dryer available for your use if needed throughout your stay. Beach towels are located in the linen closet if you did not bring your own. There is a set of queen sheets in the linen closet for the bean bag. Unzip the bean bag and the CordaRoy will unfold onto a queen size bed. To help with turnover time, please have a load of towels washed and in the dryer before you check out.

To help keep sand out of the home, please do not wear shoes in the house. There is no smoking anywhere on the premises. There is no garbage disposal. We are on a septic system, so please be careful with what you put in the sink and down the toilet. Dispose of all feminine products or wipes in the trash can. There are cleaning supplies in the mudroom closet, including a vacuum.

Apps are on the TVs, but you will need to sign in to your own services. Make sure to sign out of your streaming service.

There is no indoor fire place, but there is an outdoor fire pit. We do not provide the firewood.

Outdoor sand toys and water toys are located in the lower deck box. Cushions need to go back in the deck boxes at night in the case that it rains. There is a gas grill for your use. We also have stored an extra tank in the garage if needed. Please let us know if one of the tanks is empty. Please clean up grill after use.

Please make sure that all sand is off your feet prior to entering the hot tub and that there is no food in, or nearby, the hot tub. Cover the hot tub when not in use. If the water is cloudy, do not enter the hot tub and let the owner know as soon as possible. Chemicals will need to be added during your stay. Before entering the hot tub, use a pH strip to ensure that chlorine levels are safe for entering. Add chlorine in at 2 oz at a time until Chlorine levels are within the 3-5 ppm. Add 2 oz of shock after every use. Do not hesitate to contact the owners at any time if questions.

12 cup carafe: Press power button on the side of the unit to the ON position. BREW button will illuminate. Fill water reservoir to desired level (water level indicator on side of unit). Put filter into basket and add 1 level scoop of ground coffee per cup. Do not exceed 15 tablespoons. Press BOLD button if you prefer bolder taste. Turn function knob on BREW, press BREW/WARM, or set the AUTO on function. Five beeps will sound when brew cycle is finished. Single serve: Fill reservoir. Place mug on tray, open brew head and insert capsule. Press desired brew button and brew will start.

Dishwasher instructions: Add dishwasher pod to dispenser, rinse aid should be full. Press power button. The entire display will turn on. The indicator most recently used will light up. Select the cleaning cycle desired, press the start button and close the door within 3 seconds. The dishwasher will start draining after a few seconds, and then start the selected cycle. The door opens automatically 5-15 minutes before the cycle ends to improve drying performance.

Quiet Hours Lake-wide quiet hours are 10:00pm – 8:00am. No loud music, loud voices, or vehicle noise during this time. Due to the layout of Beach Lake, voices and music travel very easily across the lake so please keep volumes at a respectable level. In addition, Beach Lake is a family-oriented lake, thus, we ask that guests please do not play music with explicit lyrics outside. Excessive noise is always prohibited and may result in termination of the vacation rental agreement, eviction and loss of rent paid.
