Great local cafe with reasonably priced food and a good atmosphere. If you can make a booking and grab the outside terrace seats, its a great people watching spot. Make sure to book at least a day in advance.

5 mins walk from the apartment. Great place for local tenpura and soba noodles that won't break the bank. Look out for the blue curtain that marks the entrance.

Classic English pub with many a great craft brew on tap, both domestic and imported. Best thing is its non-smoking (unlike many places in Japan). Enjoy a pint and some decent English food while watching some sport!
