We loooooove this place and it's a breezy 9 minute drive. This is one of the best ways to enjoy the local fresh seafood with a gorgeous view. Shuck your own oysters with a view, slurp down some fresh cocktails, and drink it with beer or wine. They also have a cute little farm shop.
We highly recommend making a reservation if you are visiting Friday-Sunday, but they also take walk-ins. They are dog-friendly, they just ask that all pups are on leash.

5121 WA-106This is about a 25 minute drive (a beautiful one at that) and they have lots of seating inside and outside, so it's perfect for groups. The staff was very friendly, the food came out lightning fast, and we also loved the fishbowl margaritas with a breathtaking view! We spotted a curious little seal last time we were there.
This is a great little spot to stock up on wine or other essentials (yes you heard me, wine is essential), ice cream, fresh-baked goodies like lemon bars and brownies, and breakfast all day.

This is hands-down the place to go for ice-cream, but while you're there, grab some fresh produce and say hello to their farm animals. And if you time it right, you can pick your own pumpkin.

Soooo normally I would steer clear of a place that has burgers and teriyaki together, BUT this place is a great spot for a quick lunch and it's a 5 minute drive from the house.
We've tried the burgers, bulgogi burger (excellent), fish sandwich, and the fish and chips, and have never been disappointed. The crinkle fries hit the spot, and don't skip on the milkshake. They are delicious and they have so many fun flavors - on our last visit, I got a huckleberry one yum :)
They also have outdoor tables in the front and side, so it's a great spot for kiddos & pups too.

I'm also told their burgers and homemade onion rings are divine. The Tides is less than a mile from the house.
