Walk up Folsom Street from the apartment and envoy one of the best views of San Francisco. From here you can see both the Golden Gate and Bay Bridge along with a sweeping panorama of SF.

Nice restaurant within a five minute walk from the apartment. Menu changes on a daily basis. A little on the pricey side but the menu and prices are listed on the door.

Personally, I think CoffeeShop has the best coffee in the city. A small stand coffee shop run by local entrepreneurs. Definitely stop by and try one of their many coffees.

The world famous La Taqueria. Honestly, I don't know what all the fuss is about and I certainly wouldn't wait 30 minutes to get served but it is within a 8 minute walk from the apartment.

Personally, my favorite taqueria within walking distance of the apartment. Favored over the much more famous La Taqueria. Definitely try the Pastor (pork) taco supreme!

Bernal Heights is a family oriented neighborhood that's located only 20 minutes from downtown by bus, car, or BART. Extremely safe neighborhood but petty crime is on the rise so please keep your valuables close to you.
Enjoy access to Precita Park (3 min walk) and Bernal Heights Park (10 min walk but uphill).
The Mission District is next door and there are lots of nice shops and restaurants on Valencia Street (from 16th to 24th Streets) you can explore.
The best modes of transportation are the BART metro (at 24th Street & Mission Street), and Uber/Lyft ride-sharing. You can also download apps to rent electric scooters and mopeds located throughout the city.
