There is a trail from the condo that takes you along the railroad trail, once you get to the end take a right and follow the path up the hill (you'll want to cross the road), from there you join a wider trail to Wolf Park. Great park for kids and adults with outstanding views and clean bathrooms. They have a kids play area, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts for use. Also check online for their concert series!
