The best time to go is during the afternoon happy hour on a clear day. At the bar-side happy hour, you can see all quadrants of the city from the top of the 'big pink building' downtown.

It's a great burger! It's low key and located in a food cart neighborhood with several other carts. All are tasty!

Get there early!! Everyone loves the chicken and waffles... I haven't heard anyone complain about any meal. It's popular and there will be a brunch crowd wait unless you get there as it's opening.

An easy walk through are backyard puts you in Raleigh Park. There's a public pool, play structure, tennis and pickle ball, grills, plus plenty of green space to run around or have a cookout. There's a trail through the park that's a great place to start a local run.
