Great food and sunsets. Fun atmosphere, especially outside on the dock. Never know when you will see dolphins playing. Very busy restaurants as are most on the island. Plan a 45 min wait on average in prime time. Does not take reservations. If you don't have time for dinner, stop by for a drink on the dock anytime.

We love to have lunch at Salty Dog Cafe, enjoy the beautiful view of the water and boats, then do some shopping for "another" Salty Dog t-shirt. So comfortable! The BEST BLUEBERRY PANCAKES!!! Unique specials each day. The food is great. I have never been disappointed. You can ride your bike. Just outside the Shipyard gate.

Bike rentals
The best way to get around HHI is with cruiser bikes. You will see all ages!! Even people who have not ridden a bike in years. We ride our bike to many of our favorite places. HHI has very wide bike trails. PLEASE NOTE: BIKERS DO NOT HAVE THE RIDE AWAY ANYWHERE ON THE ISLAND. Make sure you stop for cars, especially in Shipyard.
