We believe offering fresh, local produce is part of a restaurant's obligation to the community. Our Canadian inspired menu changes with the seasons but keeps the favourites. Our menu features fresh, sustainable products and items produced in-house by our executive chef and his team. Food production and assembly takes place in the kitchen of Cabin Bistro and we always use fresh vegetables, meat and dairy products to create our dishes from scratch.
