Hands down, my favorite place to eat late. They’re open 24 hours inside the Venetian (different hours in the Palazzo). Reminiscent of (and related to) The Cheesecake Factory so a wide menu awaits you. Three words: Sunday Night Pasta. Order it and thank me later.

This is one of the best gourmet buffets I have ever been to and it’s inside the beautiful Wynn Hotel. Here, you’ll find foods from around the world. There’s something for everyone. The truffle pizza is my favorite. I suggest booking a reservation online in advance.
