Food scene

Island Pub has THE most incredible specialty pizzas! A very relaxed and chill vibe. This is one of our favorite spots to eat after an afternoon of hiking Tredwell Ditch Trail or visiting Sandy Beach.

If you aren’t a gin or whiskey drinker now, you most definitely will be when you leave Amalga! Ok— if we had to choose our MOST favorite place to hang out, it is definitely here. They have non-alcoholic options too that are far from the “norm.” If you visit— please let Brandon know Sarabeth and Brian say HI!

Sightseeing

The easiest way to get up high and see some INCREDIBLE views of Juneau. Tramway only runs during summer months, though you can always hike Mt. Roberts to the top. Now where is the top??! That’s up to your little adventurous heart to decide 😉
