Our favorite sushi in town! It's also reasonably priced and located in a great part of town called the Highlands, on the main strip with other bars and shops. Sushi Bar is the downstairs area, and Sushi Hai is the upstairs area.

A fan favorite breakfast/bunch spot. With multiple locations, Snooze is well-known around town for the great food and fun atmosphere. They don't take reservations and can get quite busy on the weekends so we recommend going early to put your name in and then exploring around town; they'll text you when your table is ready to head back!

Delicious Italian food, but a bit on the pricier side. Great location right across from Union Station, which is a great place to grab a fancy drink afterward. We've also had wonderful service every time we've been.

One of the best damn BBQ spots in Denver. Smokin Yards originated in Idaho Springs CO and always kept a line. They just recently opened a second location down in Denver and it really close to our home!

Red Rocks is absolutely breathtaking. If you're into music, we absolutely recommend timing your trip around a show. If not, it's still an amazing place to visit when in town. With amazing rock structures, as well as a great view of Denver, this is a must-see!

An absolutely breathtaking hike. We always bring visiting friends and family on this trail. Be cognizant of the altitude and wear good hiking shoes - this trail is short but very steep and rocky. The view at the top of the lake and mountain range is one of our favorites. It's also a quick drive from Denver and an easy day trip for some exploring!

Be cognizant of the altitude and wear good hiking shoes - this trail is short but very steep and rocky. The view at the top of the lake and mountain range is one of our favorites. It's also a quick drive from Denver and an easy day trip for some exploring!

A pretty short there and back hike with a cool waterfall along the trail that ends at the canyon for some lovely water views.
