Good for lunch, GREAT for takeout. The wood fired Mac and Cheese is next level! Simple food, well prepared. We love to get the wood grilled cheese platter to bring back for happy hour at the house.

Public river access upriver from the house. The PERFECT place to drop in and float down to the property (in season). JUST under the Cochecton bridge. A float takes about an hour from here to the Perch, but it's very gentle. We always recommend wearing life vests!

This funky hamlet boasts a range of home decor shops, vintage clothing stores, and excellent eateries. Don't miss the hangover soup from the Laundrette! In season, they have a great farmers market on Saturdays.
