The Fauna, flora and running spring through the Hawaiian Rain Forest ending up in a picturesque Manoa Fall makes this hike a memorable one. Recommended for families. Afterall, movies and TV shows like like Jurasic Park, Lost and Hawaii Five-0 weren't filmed here for no reason!!!
Tip: Take mosquito spray and good hiking shoes and plenty of water with you. Only last 1/4 mi can be a little hard for elderly people but you can still get to observation point and see the fall if you can't hike the last 1/4 mi. A MUST SEE.

Beautiful nearly flat surface hike through the most beautiful Hawaiian forest with amazing flora and fauna ending in waterfall. There is a reason why this place is called the Waimea Sacred Valley. Recommended for all ages and very relaxing.
Tips: Take plenty of water and swim suits with good water shoes if you get into the water at the base of the water fall. Rocks are slippery so extra caution is needed.

Tips: Go early as hiking in the sun will be quite hard. Take plenty of water. Use sunscreen. have a hat and wear hiking shoes or sneakers. You can walk from the condo to trail head with beautiful walk by the ocean and parks. Walk from the condo to Diamondhead trail is about 35 min and then an hour up to the crest and down. MUST TAKE YOUR CAMERA with you!!!

You can walk from the condo to trail head with beautiful walk by the ocean and parks. Walk from the condo to Diamondhead trail is about 35 min and then an hour up to the crest and down. MUST TAKE YOUR CAMERA with you!!!
