Excellent views overlooking the inlet and marsh! Seafood and laidback vibes on the water. You can sit outside at the Marine and listen to live music or eat upstairs.

The fancy-pants resturant on the island. Shorts and flip-flops are allowed, but definitely a nicer spot on the Island. To get there you need to drive into the gated community that surrounds much of the golf course. Tell the security guard where you are going and they will give you a pass.

Off The Beaten Path

Our family has been coming to Edisto for 30 years. These are our favorites spots to explore that many overlook.
Go at low tide and explore an untouched wild beach. It's about a 15 minute drive. When you arrive, you have to sign a logbook but it is free to explore. You will drive through classic low-country Oaks that cover the roads and see the remnants of an old plantation.
