My favorite dive shop, great service, knowledge of the place, one of the first dive shops. Ricardo the owner is a local from the Castro Family (founders of the park). Andrea, Andy, and the rest of the staff are very professional and charming.

City/town information

A true paradise! Amazing views with one of the richest underwater ecosystems in the world. In June 6, 1995 Cabo Pulmo National Park was started by the Castro family, the founders of this little fishing village Located on Baja California Sur, Mexico. began a journey that changed the fate of their surrounding marine ecosystem and theirs itself, they stopped fishing commercially on its already heavily overfished surrounding sea, which later became the perimeter of Cabo Pulmo National Park, proving that there is a way to live with nature without plundering its wealth and giving way to the creation of perhaps the most successful marine protected area in the world, and undoubtfully Mexico’s most important national marine park.
