check out the Model, Yeats Society, Sligo Abbey and Sligo County Museum. Travelling a few miles outside town you can visit Lissadell House, Drumcliffe Church, Knocknarea (Queen Maeves Cairn) and Carrowmore Megalithic Cemetary.
