Panterelli is the first only dedicated choux éclair patisseries to in the US - and I must say that I’ve been to award-winning patisseries in France, and nothing comes close to Chef Jacques’ Panterelli! Tell him you’re staying at Marcy’s airbnb and he’ll give you one free éclair with the purchase of one.
