Start a: South Street and 9th Street and walk towards Front and South! You can continue across front street, down the steps, cross the BLVD and get access to Pennslanding/Spruce Street Harbor. A ton of restaurants, bars, food, shopping, speciality shops, tattoo parlors and etc! Most exciting on the weekend, great for car and bike lovers.

Start at the Liberty Bell and make your way around America (where it all started paper wise). The Constitution Center and Independence Hall are about a minute from this location along with many other historic sights.
