Come visit a valuable part of aviation’s history. The Wright brothers national memorial is located 1.2 miles north of our cottage. You can see it from our cottage’s side porch facing north west. Check out their website for more information. There is a small entry fee.

There is a a small education center located on the pier with a few amazing aquariums filled with fish and marine life local to the area. The beaches around the pier are open to public. There is free parking(get there early in the busy summer months), public restrooms and showers. Check out their website for more information.
