Start a Sunday tradition with the kids- walk to this tiny cafe from your condo and look out on the ocean as the waves crash in. You might want to share the omelet... the portions are massive!

The best Chinese food in Florida, Georgia, and Paris combined (at least in my opinion). Their crab rangoons actually have large hunks of crabmeat in them, and they are in delivery distance.

A South Florida landmark, Cap's Place is Florida's oldest restaurant, dating back to 1920. Originally a rum-running speakeasy, Cap's Place is still one of the best-kept south florida secrets. It is only accessible by ferry, and they serve up excellent seafood. Try the fresh hearts-of-palm dish, with an entree of seared scallops

FAU is a local college- approximately a 15-20 minute drive from the condo. The condo makes for a perfect place for a temporary student, or a family of one of FAU's students to stay.

Mizner has it all: shopping, restaurants, nightlife, etc. One of the only places around where you can go shopping, grab dinner, party, and then sober up with a coffee... all in one place.
