With over 40 miles of hiking trails, guided tours, picnicking and more there is so much living history here! This park is beautiful. Two major battles were fought on fields overlooking Bull Run. In August 1862, Union and Confederate armies converged for a second time on the plains of Manassas. The Confederates won a solid victory bringing them to the height of their power.
