Best Tapas! Mozaga is the next small village and a 5 min drive from Finca Tamaragua Guesthause. Its Teleclub serves delicious tapas. I would say the best on the Island.

Teleclub El Islote offers very delicious and house made Tapas a bit different to other teleclubs! It is only 7 min walk away from our Guesthouse. Our local social club with nice view over the vinyards and with playground and football field.

One of our favourite places to hang out at the beach, surf, skate, eat fresh fish in the beach restaurant or drink a mojito at the van bar. It has something for everybody!

One of the black beaches where you can swimm and is not so crowded. Peacful place that also invites you to hike along the coast line to find more small beaches and a cave full of toys and little treasures ;-)

Best on early mornings before the hotel guests arrive! It is amazing for snorkling as you see many sea creatures and it is like a pool for swimming. Best on high tide.

Teguise is a beautiful old town to visit ideally on a Sunday, when its market, shops, cafes and restaurants are open. If you don't like the crowd choose another day except Saturday and Sunday after 10 am. So you can be sure cafes and shops are open.

Close to us is the oldest bodega El Grifo. Very tasty wine and 120 year old grape trees. Worth a visit and a taste.

You can actually see the Monumento del Campesino from the Finca Tamaragua Guesthouse or walk to it over the lava flow. It is a very nice monument which the famous artist César Manrique has built to honor the hard work of the farmers. In the mornings you can join one of the workshops where they show you the old handcrafts or shop some souvenirs. It also has a nice Tapas restaurante where they serve delicious tapas.

Las Grietas are small canyons formed bye water flow and found on the side of Montaña Blanca. Be carefull while parking as it is a busy road. Also use the tunnel to cross the road!!
