A nice evening drive to this little town. A beautiful pull off along the way boasting a stunning view of the rockies including Roche Miette, once in town, there is a play ground, small bike park, as well as a walking trail to the old town ruins.

This has become a very popular trail to explore, in the summer it can be very busy, but that also bring peace of mind if you are nervous about wild life. It is best to do the trail counter clock wise. Bring a lunch and enjoy a nice break along the way.

Need rentals, Vicious Cycle Hinton has ski and bike rentals. Our nordic center is amazing and has a great look out cabin to check out. It is also close to the parking to check out the Athabasca Look out.

This is a hidden treasure in Hinton. Amazing shopping, loads of neat things to shop for here. Also amazing retro Soda Shoppe that you can play games at.
