A 4 mile stretch of barrier island beach with a beautiful wide, flat shoreline perfect for swimming, surfing or just strolling along the beach. The east end is home to many nesting shorebirds and the west end is home to the Bird Island Reserve and the Kindred Spirit Mailbox.
