Take water and light cool clothes. Best time is in the morning as it's very exposed to the sun. Diamond head walk is moderate difficulty 1.6 mile.

If you take a bus, get off at the closest bus stop and walk to crater. This is the cheapest but involves more walking.

Only a 20-minute Uber ride to the start of the falls. We did this walk with kids and we found it a pleasant walk. Mainly under the tree canopy, you will need good shoes and it can be muddy. Don't forget the mosquito repellant.

Транспорт
The easiest way to get around is by walking or the bus.
Central location, so walking is the best. Going further afield bus, Biki, (hiring bikes) Uber/Lyft, or rent a car for a day to go around the island. Parking is very expensive and limited, so I don't recommend it unless for the short term.

A car rental company is located on the ground floor at the back of Island Colony. 808 Smart Car can provide rental cars and hirage of beach gear and luggage storage.
