You must book. Fabulous set price menu during Covid. Just outside city on east side. Beautiful building, lovely atmosphere. Set lunch is cheaper than set dinner. A little fancy.

Rooftop bar and restaurant on corner of King William Street and North Terrace in the north west corner of city. A little tricky to get to (2 elevators) but view is worth it. Lovely for a pre-theatre drink and snacks on the Terrace, or you can do the meal inside the restaurant. Can sometimes be just youngsters later at night, but sunset is perfect.

Adelaide Fringe; annual open access arts event, Feb to March

https://adelaidefringe.com.au/ What began as a 'counter' to the Adelaide Festival, the Fringe is the off-beat quirkier people's festival. You're bound to find something to enjoy at a price you can afford. Or you can just soak up the atmosphere at one of the hubs; Garden of Unearthly Delights, Gluttony or Croquet Club.
