See the only Walmart in the Capital and shop with ease. there where a lot of fight from both side of pro and anti Walmart opinions but it all ended and Walmart found its way to DC.

This is the closest metro station to the house. its 1.6 mile away. For some this is walking distance but not for all. Hop on the bus 53, around the corner and you will be there in no time.

They have really Tennis and Basketball court, and if you have kids, nice playground for them, so you all can play!
