A 20 - 30 minute drive from the cabin - but worth the drive in our opinion. (There are two locations, we prefer the one in Rutherfordton, NC over the Forest City NC location) You've got to try the Lobster Bisque!

Nothing more relaxing or beautiful than a drive up the Parkway - just to enjoy the scenery, lots of stops for ice cream, antique shopping, or just to enjoy the fresh cool air! (This is a must do if you are at the cabin during the FALL season when the leaves are turning!)
