The bar inside the Balmoral is a lovely place for a cocktail. Slightly more expensive than most places but the service is great and you in get to snoop inside one of the best hotels in the city. It’s often surprising quiet for such a central location, so it’s great for a bit of peace amongst the bustle of Princes Street.
