Everdon Stubbs is a really beautiful ancient woodland owned by The Woodland Trust. It is readily accessible and has some really beautiful views over the local countryside for those who wander on through to the further side.

Badby is a very pretty neighbouring village where you will find a very nice pub which serves evening meals. They also have a lovely little village shop which sells local produce and serves great coffee.

These historic buildings where an army ordnance depot from Napoleonic times through to the 1960's are in the local village of Weedon. Today they house a variety of interesting businesses and shops.

Weedon is a rather sprawling village, but has the advantage of having a range of very useful shops and facilities all of which have easy parking.
On the A45, which runs through one end of the village and is known as Road Weedon, there are a proliferation of Antique businesses.

Towcester Racecourse truly has something for everyone these days. Whilst horse racing is no longer run there, you can still go and enjoy greyhound racing. They operate as a wedding and events venue as well as also being a drive-in cinema!

Housed around a courtyard of old Victorian farm buildings which are interesting in their own right, you will find this very pleasant collection of shops and a small restaurant. There is something for everyone here and a particularly good cookware shop.

This is a lovely place to pop into. They serve good lunches and afternoon teas and have some nice retail outlets to enjoy a browse around.
In the spring they also hold very popular lambing weekends.
