Open's very early for breakfast and closes late (9pm on weeknights). Great selection of all kinds of food (will satisfy everyone in your group) + great ocean-front seating !! Bill's favorite is the Grilled Ahi sandwich.

Fantastic Indian food from VERY mild to Spicy ... Probably even better food than your favorite place at home but a bit pricey Do expect a wait during high season people or go early, get your name on the list and do some window-shopping in the mall area there. (There are other nearby restaurants if the wait is too long, but you won't regret it if you get seated !). Stays open late and there's an ice cream shop right next door if you want to go 'Western' for desert.

Has much more in the way of local food choices (lots of great ethnic items), very fresh fish, poke, etc.
There is also another location in Keauhou; few miles south of Lako House.
The only drawback is that it's not 24/7

Well you might not like shopping at Walmart but you have to admit they have EVERYTHING ... including some reasonable food choices.
Right below the Safeway grocery store ... Very close to Lako House (re still concerned about taste, the refrigerator has filter water tap available.
