Very popular Ballsbridge pub with character and a pleasant, traditional ambiance, reminiscent of bygone years. There are three separate bars and a good bar menu. It is a great favorite of rugby fans for Leinster and Irish International rugby games.

Shane is a great guy and has a wonderful knowledge of the hills around Howth. A great day out with a local man (and sometimes his dog)

Herbert Park is thirty-two acres in size and is in two halves, divided by a road, also called Herbert Park. A full circuit of the park's perimeter is almost exactly one mile, a fact used by runners and walkers to measure their progress.
The northern half is home to the newly refurbished public children's playground, a number of tennis courts, and the bowling green of Herbert Park Bowling Club.
There is a farmers market here every Sunday from 11am to 4pm

While this is one of our top universities, there is a lovely walk all around the grounds. If you go in the main entrance and then follow around to the right you will find the trail.
