Most restaurants source their bread from here, and the bakery delivers bread to every reseller daily. The pastries are only found here though. Do not miss the maple sticky bun. Their galettes are a treat, sometimes with buckwheat crust. Opens at 7am. Afternoon baguettes are worth the trip after noon or so; call ahead so you can buy one still warm. Ask for a package of Ploughgate butter.
